1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Pihilics website (the "Site") and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or services.

2. Definitions

• "Pihilics," "we," "us" refers to Pihilics SARL
• "Products" refers to electric motorcycles, accessories, and related items sold on our Site
• "User," "you" refers to any person accessing or using our Site
• "Site" refers to pihilics.dz and all related subdomains

3. Use of Our Website

You agree to use our Site only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Site
• Use automated scripts to extract data without our permission
• Reproduce, copy, or resell any content from the Site without authorization
• Provide false or misleading information

4. Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and current information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Orders and Purchases

When you place an order on our Site, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed when we send an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to:

• Decline or cancel any order before confirmation
• Limit quantities per customer
• Refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason

For pre-order products, the estimated delivery date is not guaranteed. If a pre-order is significantly delayed, you may cancel for a full refund.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in Algerian dinars (DA) and include TVA where applicable. We accept CIB/Edahabia cards, cash on delivery, and CCP/bank transfers. Prices are subject to change without notice. You will be charged the price displayed at the time of order confirmation.

We offer 0% APR financing for up to 36 months on all motorcycles, subject to credit approval by our financing partners.

7. Delivery

We deliver to all 58 wilayas, either to your address or to your courier's agency (stopdesk). Delivery times vary by wilaya:

• In-stock motorcycles: 2–8 days depending on wilaya
• Pre-order motorcycles: 4–6 weeks (estimated)
• Accessories: 2–5 days depending on wilaya

Delivery is free on orders above 150,000 DA. Below that, the fee is set per wilaya. You must be present to receive motorcycle deliveries and sign for the package.

8. Returns and Refunds

You have 14 days from delivery to return any Pihilics product. Conditions:

• Motorcycles must have less than 50 km on the odometer
• Accessories must be unused and in original packaging
• Return shipping is free anywhere in Algeria
• Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item
• Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund before manufacturing begins

9. Warranty

Every Pihilics motorcycle includes:

• 2-year warranty on the motorcycle (frame, motor, electronics)
• 3-year warranty on the battery pack
• Extended warranty up to 5 years available

Warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover normal wear, crash damage, or modifications. For warranty claims, contact your nearest Pihilics dealer or warranty@pihilics.dz.

10. Test Rides

Test rides are offered free of charge at participating Pihilics dealers. Requirements:

• Valid motorcycle licence required
• Minimum age 18
• Protective gear provided, or bring your own
• You are responsible for any damage caused during the test ride
• Test rides are subject to weather and availability

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, designs, and software — is the property of Pihilics SARL or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pihilics SARL shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Damages arising from misuse of our products
• Damages from riding beyond your skill level

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Setif. Your statutory consumer rights under Algerian law remain unaffected.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of our Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
